ROLE PURPOSE/ SUMMARY
Pobal holds a wide range of data on a broad set of programmes and
beneficiaries who benefit from the State investment we manage. The
Monitoring, Analysis & Outcomes unit is responsible for the
collection, use and analysis of this data in order to report on the
outputs and impacts of the programmes Pobal manages, as well as to
influence and inform future programme design.
This role will lead a team of staff within this unit, who fulfil
monitoring and reporting functions in relation to the Social Inclusion
and Equality (SIE), Inclusive Employment and Enterprise (IEE) and
Health programmes administered by Pobal. The post holder will ensure
the completion of Pobal?s monitoring, reporting and strategic data
related initiatives across these programmes, working closely with the
operational teams delivering these programmes. They will have
responsibility for managing a series of direct reports within the team
and all related internal and external liaison activities.
This role will also have responsibility for promoting and developing
Pobal?s internal business intelligence infrastructure, supporting
the organisation to effectively use data and information in order to
increase both the quality and efficiency of services across Pobal?s
SIE, IEE and Health programmes.
